Thanks for your reply. We have been using landesk to manually remove Live update from our XP clients ( and a few windows 2000). We use NONAV 2.49 when we think we have issues with a non clean uninstall.

Can we set the appropriate switches in the NONAV.bat and have it run silently and not force a reboot? We could then set up a task to deploy this package?

Remone Houchens' attorney wants a change of venue claiming his client will not get a fair trial with all the media attention on this case. But the judge decided to wait and see how jury selection goes before considering it. Also, for the first time today, a look at the transcripts from an interview between Houchens and authorities.

87-year-old Lois Rosson lost sight in her left eye after the brutal beating on May 22. Authorities say Houchens attacked Rosson in her own bed. Houchens said during a courthouse interview on June 1, he didn't touch Rosson.

In an interview with authorities that same day, Houchens told an investigator he and his best friend broke into Rosson's house to take stuff. But Houchens said no one fought Rosson.

According to the transcript: when Rosson woke up, Houchens claims his friend pushed her over. Houchens told the investigator when he helped Rosson up, he told her he wouldn't hurt her.

Houchens' mother was in the courtroom today, she agrees with his attorney that her son won't get a fair trial in Louisa. She is also adamant her son is not responsible for the injuries to the grandmother.
